Tweaks:

- Vampirism and Abyssalcraft biomes have been tweaked to spawn more rarely.
- Shoggoth Lairs now generate almost exclusively in swamps.
- Spectral Ravens now have a chance of finding Astral Diamonds
- Village Greenhouses (Agricraft) have been disabled for balancing reasons.
- several Moar Tinkers materials have been disabled to fix overlaps with PlusTic.
