RandomPatches

 - Any server lag will no longer cause rubber banding because it thinks you're going too fast!

 - Login timeout greatly increased for low end users taking very long to connect

 - Bats can drop leather

 - Sheep can spawn in already colored ( lower chance than white )

 - Villagers can be leashed ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

 - Heal ocelots with fish, parrots with seeds

 - Bonemeal works on cacti and sugar canes

 - Underwater fog removed

 - Flying with elytra, vicio mantle, or EIO chestplate + elytra automatically enters third person

 - Farmland can no longer be trampled

 - Mobs with name tags no longer stop you from going to sleep

 - Now covering player head drops

 - Ocean floor now contains clay, dirt and sand instead of just gravel

* Yellow Fertilizer has no point now, so removed

  - Quest requiring it adjusted to no longer require it ( update quests with /bq_admin default load )

* Fusewood/Darkwood/Bloodwood logs will no longer work as a material ( until the ratio can be fixed, just use planks )
