* Quests updated to ensure nbt state of an item won't interfere with quest completion

  - Astral Sorcery altars no longer require picking up the altar, but require the key materials needed to make them instead

  - As always, to update your quests use the command:

/bq_admin default load

* Flamestring SAG Mill to blaze powder rates reduced a bit

* The market now has new items that can be bought with nether amethyst
