Blood Moon -- solar event overhaul
The point of this update to give some more life into blood moon and mak it an actual event.
When the blood moon occours new mobs will arise, which will make the night harder and more interesting.

New Mods which will have their content occur on blood moons:
Eerie Entities --Some new spooky enemies.
Eyes in the Darkness -- A mod with jumpscares
Fat Cat. --  Something which is feared by industries.Also collects taxes from villagers.
Fish's undead Rising -- Adds substential content and custom modeled enemies.

Other mods which got added:
Hardcore Item stages --"This is a suprise tool which will come in handy later"
Tinkers OreDict Cache --This improves on loading times and ram usage.

Other changes:
Thaumcraft Quicksliver is no longer can be smelted to get Metallurgy Quicksilver.
Renamed a Quest in "Devotee of the old gods" to reflect more precisely on what to do:
"Talk to the lighthouse keeper" --> "Talk to a Hamlet Dweller"
Added Missing recipe for planet selector in Advanced Rocketry
Now only chestplates can be lined
