v1.3.1b HOTFIX

You may have noticed a substantial decrease in FPS, and this update is meant to amend that. Some mods from the previous update (1.3.1a) will be removed, as well as a couple other mods to decrease modpack bloat. If enough demand is made, I may readd some mods but for now I must prioritize the performance of modpack over adding rushed content.

Bug Fixes:

• Goggles accidentally had their Curios attribute removed. This is now fixed and you can wear goggles in the head trinket slot again.
