Modpack Changelog - Version 1.0.6 (Balanced Progression Update)

This update introduces significant balancing changes to the modpack, focusing on a more cohesive and challenging progression centered around the Create mod. We've re-tuned numerous recipes and loot tables to encourage deeper engagement with Create's mechanics before advancing to more powerful technologies.

Key Changes

1. Create-Centric Progression
・   Create Mod Prioritization Most crafting recipes and progression paths now heavily rely on Create's machinery and processing. This means you'll need to master Create's automation to progress efficiently.
・   Enhanced Create Recipes Core Create items like `Crafting Table`, `Cogwheels`, `Shafts`, `Pulleys`, and `Steam Engines` have had their recipes adjusted to integrate more Create-specific components, making them more involved to craft.

2. Mekanism Integration with Create
・   Mekanism Dependency Mekanism is now fully dependent on Create. You won't be able to easily obtain Mekanism items without significant interaction with Create's systems.
・   Reworked Mekanism Recipes Key Mekanism components such as `Basic Control Circuits`, `Steel Casing`, and the `Metallurgic Infuser` now require `Precision Mechanisms` and other Create-made parts. Steel and Osmium processing also leverage Create's crushing, splashing, and milling mechanics.
・   Advanced Mekanism Machines Recipes for `Energized Smelter`, `Basic Universal Cable`, `Crusher`, `Enrichment Chamber`, `Osmium Compressor`, `Energy Cubes`, `Solar Panels`, and `Wind Generators` have been modified to require Create components and higher-tier Mekanism control circuits, ensuring a challenging progression.

3. Loot Table Adjustments:
・   Dungeons & Chests Reworked Loot tables for dungeons and various chests (including village, stronghold, nether fortress, end city, desert pyramid, jungle temple, shipwreck, and pillager outpost) have been significantly altered.
・   Reduced Rare Drops Rare and highly valuable items (e.g., diamonds, enchanted books, golden apples, Elytra) are now much less common or entirely removed from early-game loot.
・   Increased Common Items You'll find more common resources and basic materials, encouraging exploration and resource gathering through standard gameplay and Create automation rather than relying on lucky chest finds.
・   Create Items in Loot Small quantities of low-tier Create items (e.g., `Andesite Alloy`, `Shafts`, `Cogwheels`) have been added to some loot tables to gently introduce players to the mod.

4. Other Mod Balancing

・   Tinkers Construct Key Tinkers Construct items like the `Smeltery Controller` and `Tinkers Anvil` now require Create and Mekanism components. High-tier materials like `Manyullyn` also involve Create/Mekanism processing.
・   Botania `Terrasteel Ingots` now require Mekanism components, increasing their crafting complexity.
・   Occultism, Vampirism, Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks, Apotheosis Important items from these mods have had their recipes adjusted to incorporate Create and Mekanism components, ensuring they fit into the new progression.
・   Iron Furnaces, Storage Drawers, Iron Chests Recipes for these utility mods have been made slightly more expensive, often requiring Create's `Andesite Alloy` or `Andesite Casing`.
・   Farmer's Delight: Tools like the `Cutting Board` and `Skillet` now require Create components.
