# Changelog

All notable changes to this project will be documented in this file.

The format is based on (a slightly modified version of) [Keep a Changelog](https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.1.0/),
and this project adheres to (a slightly modified version of) [Semantic Versioning](https://semver.org/spec/v2.0.0.html).

## [1.0.5] - 2025-10-01

### Added mods

- Added Resnouted Moobloom (already implemented in KubeJS but I published it as a resourcepack now).
- Added MoreJS.
- Added LootJS.

### Changed

- Removed Server Country Flags world map.
- Removed Clams from some loot tables.
- Removed Trophy item.
- Removed Upgrade Aquatic Nautiluses, as Vanilla will add them soon so I'll have to remove them at some point anyway.
- Added recipe for Glance Pillars.
- Modified nukelist script to use LootJS for removing loot tables.

### Fixed

- Fixed Koi Fish not showing up in ALI fishing loot table viewer.
- Fixed Copper Pickaxes not mining properly.
- Fixed some disabled blocks showing up on EMI in "loot table" tab, by removing their loot tables with LootJS.

## [1.0.4] - 2025-09-25

### Changed

- Removed Aether fire ban.

### Fixed

- Fixed Moobloom model.
- Fixed Fancymenu overlay showing, advanced tooltips being enabled, etc (I'm not sure if these carry over to an export actually).

## [1.0.3] - 2025-09-25

This update fixes some Aether recipes, removes Ambrosium from the Aether, removes Bronze by giving its uses to Electrum, swaps out the loot table viewer mods, and contains other small tweaks and fixes.

Currently, there are a few bugs, namely that the loot table viewer mod (ALI) doesn't work sometimes after the /reload command is run. That command isn't commonly used in survival gameplay so this bug will likely not be encountered, but to temporarily fix it, just exit and reopen your world. The developer is working on a fix.

### Added mods

- Added Advanced Loot Info.

### Removed mods

- Removed EMI Loot.
- Removed Cupboard.
- Removed Clickable Advancements.
- Removed FPS Reducer.
- Removed Forgified Fabric API.
- Removed Perfect Parity: Spring to Life Reforged (depended on FFAPI which could cause issues and it registered stuff under the minecraft namespace).

### Changed

- Disabled Soul Fire Aspect and Soul Flame enchantments.
- Disabled Transdimensional and Lightspeed enchantments (the Enderscape Mirror was removed).
- Made Polished Stone obtainable through a crafting recipe and addition to some loot tables.
- Integrated many recipes.
- Added crafting recipes to various Aether items that previously had no recipe due to Skyroot Sticks being removed.
- Added a CurseForge page link button to the main menu.
- Removed Ambrosium.
- Removed Aether Mimics.
- Removed Aether Repairing and Freezing.
- Removed Enderscape Rubble Shields.
- Automatons now built with Electrum Blocks.
- Buffed Automaton health.
- Kobolds no longer steal items.
- Renamed "Open to LAN" to "Open to Internet" as E4MC provides world-sharing functionality outside of the LAN network.
- Marked a few mods (Optifine, TLauncher, Essential) as incompatible with the modpack.
- Removed Oreganized Gargoyles as I felt they don't fit into Vanilla enough (why would you build your own one if a block already exists).
- Removed more Aether recipes for blocks such as Grindstones as they were obsolete after integrating the wood tags.
- Backported new animal models, and tried to give Mooblooms similar models (but the legs are broken currently).
- Removed Aether data maps for Aether fuel items, this means they no longer show up on EMI as having uses (as they've been disabled).
- Removed Maple Leaf Piles from Maple Forests.
- Removed Aether White Apples.
- Made Skyroot Sticks fully unobtainable by replacing them in loot tables with Sticks.

### Fixed

- Copper armour now has durability (fixed by mod dev).
- Removed mobs can no longer spawn.

## [1.0.2] - 2025-09-16

I've changed the layout of the changelog slightly, now the "Added" and "Removed" sections are solely for mods/resourcepacks/datapacks/shaders and have been moved and renamed to "Added mods" and "Removed mods" to show this.

This version does have a few bugs that I need mod developers to fix, mainly a crash the first time you enable shaders caused by ProbeJS, and copper armour from Copper Equipment being unbreakable (treat this one as a feature for now!).

### Added mods

- Added Status Effect Bars Reforged.
- Added Effect Insights.
- Added Portfolio Gallery Compat resourcepack (will probably remove after getting mods to add support on their side - Portfolio and Buzzier Bees themselves already have).
- Added ProbeJS.
- Added Atmospheric.
- Added Upgrade Aquatic.
- Added Autumnity.
- Added Revoted: Wildfire.
- Added Copper Equipment.
- Added Attribute Setter.
- Added Corpse X Curios API Compat (fun fact, I was the one who originally had the idea for this mod and told the author lol).
- Added BaguetteLib.
- Added Ecologics.
- Added Perfect Parity: Spring to Life Reforged.

### Removed mods

- Removed No Chat Reports.
- Removed Food Effect Tooltips.
- Removed Haunted Harvest.

### Changed

- Tinkered around with some effect mod configs a bit.
- Edited some advancements to fit the pack's changes better.
- Changed Amendments config so that Tripwire Hooks can't hold items anymore as I found it a bit weird.
- Retextured modded banner patterns to have textures that show their icon, consistent with the backported Vanilla textures.
- Removed - Deep Aether - label from Deep Aether advancements.
- Reported a few bugs and suggestions to GitHubs which I can't really claim credit for changing but I'm going to do it anyway.
- Integrated Revoted: Wildfire mod.
- Removed Copper stuff from Beacon base blocks and Beacon payment items tags.
- Renamed Chain to Iron Chain to be consistent with latest Vanilla changes (I haven't added a Copper Chain yet though).
- Integrated Copper Equipment mod to serve as a Vanilla copper backport, by retexturing/modifying the content added.
- Disabled durability showing on tooltips.
- Changed a few Aether configs.
- Added EMI Ores biome icons on EMI for some modded biomes.
- Renamed some mods (to fix annoying grammatical mistakes and stuff).
- Renamed KubeJS to Caramel.
- Unified and integrated Thatches.
- Disabled a whole lot of Aether equipment that was too RPG-like, it's probably still obtainable through loot atm though.
- Removed Clayworks Glass Trapdoor and Vanilla Glass Pane recipe conflict fix, as the recipe was fixed in the base mod in a recent update.
- Removed Aether holiday stuff.
- Removed Friends and Foes Citadel.
- Removed Pegasi from Mobs of Mythology as I felt they overlapped with other modes of transport e.g Happy Ghast, and also conflicted with the Minecraft design tenet of creating unique mythological creatures where possible.
- Disabled Enderscape mirror as I felt teleporting like that was a bit too unbalanced (the reason I never added Waystones).
- Removed all Copper Equipment advancements.
- Disabled everything related to Platinum from Illager Invasion.
- Disabled Lost Candle from Illager Invasion as it wasn't particularly helpful and didn't locate modded ores.
- Disabled everything relating to Silk from Critters and Companions.
- Removed the Jumping Spider from Critters and Companions as it was inconsistent with other Spiders (different model, different drops, different behaviour, not hostile, etc).
- Removed Ecologics Flowering Azalea wood.
- Configured Storage Drawers to drop items when broken rather than contain them, using the new config option I asked for.
- Removed Ecologics Coconut Crab and integrated their Crab things with Friends and Foes' Crab.
- Removed a lot of old custom items from the 1.20.1 versions of the pack.
- Disabled a few of the types of Deep Aether Golden Grass.
- Removed Ecologics Penguins.
- Disabled a lot of leaf pile-like blocks.

### Fixed

- Fixed Beehive still being called Oak Beehive.
- Fixed every recipe conflict that currently exists (more might be created in mod additions/updates though).
- Reported some tag inconsistencies (and a lot of them got fixed too!!).
- Reported even more tag inconsistencies (I spent a lot of time doing this).

## [1.0.1] - 2025-08-26

### Added

- Added Copper Hopper resourcepack and datapack as I uploaded them to Curseforge.
- Added Clickable Advancements.
- Added some custom advancements.

### Changed

- Updated NeoForge version and various mods.
- Properly tagged a LOT more things, reported them to the respective githubs. Mod authors, if you see this, PLEASE tag your items and blocks correctly.
- Modified Nukelist script to remove entity/block/fluid tags as well.
- Changed Hallowed Gem to drop from Invokers rather than having a crafting recipe.
- Changed a few translations of Friends and Foes Advancements to be more grammatically correct/follow vanilla guidelines better.
- Added Basilisk Head and Automaton Head to Creative Items list, they're commands-only obtainable items.
- Rearranged and edited many advancements.
- Changed Nebulite tools to not show charge level above the crosshair (you can view this on the tooltip so I figured it was extra clutter).
- Added Oreganized Bush Hammer to Creative Items list as it's a WIP.
- Changed a lot of recipes to backport Vanilla changes from later versions.
- Configured Illager Invasion Platinum trims to not provide effects (I may just end up removing Platinum later anyway but it's still a good idea).
- Configured Fast Workbench to no longer show the tooltip on Crafting Tables.
- Configured EMI Loot conditions to show up in the tooltip on the item's loot page.

### Removed

- Disabled Deep Aether Gloves Reach enchantment using Enchantment Disabler, as Gloves have been disabled in the modpack.
- Disabled Supplementaries Item Shelves, because they overlap with Vanilla Shelves which will be added at some point.
- Disabled Friends and Foes Moobloom and Buttercup.
- Disabled Illager Invasion Illusioner.
- Disabled Illager Invasion Illusionary Dust and Unusual Dust.
- Disabled Beehives for every wood type and reverted Friends and Foes' renaming of Beehive to Oak Beehive.
- Removed many advancements for various reasons, such as them relating to disabled items.
- Disabled all Storage Drawers upgrades and a few other items from the mod.

### Fixed

- Did a LOT of behind-the-scenes bug reporting to mod devs on their GitHubs, so hopefully some stuff will be fixed.
- Fixed a whole lot of recipe conflicts, including some where Clayworks decided it'd be a great idea to add Glass Trapdoors with the same recipe as Glass Panes, and some more caused by Aether making duplicate recipes of all the Vanilla recipes that use wood for their own "special" Aether wood (I wish Aether would just tag their wood normally).

## [1.0.0] - 2025-08-23

### Added

- Added all original mods, resourcepacks, and shaders as initial release.
- Added Caramel and Smiley Caramel items.
- Added Carameliser (dev weapon).
- Added Trophy (crafted from supposedly unobtainable items).
- Added Necromium Upgrade Smithing Template (leftover from 1.20.1 version, might remove as Caverns and Chasms doesn't even have a 1.21.1 version avaliable).
- Added Valkyrum Upgrade Smithing Template (leftover from 1.20.1 version, might remove as well).
- Added Nukelist scripts to remove items from the game.
- Added Creative Item manager scripts to deal with hiding creative-only survival-unobtainable items.
- Added Tag and Recipe scripts (self-explanatory).
- Added Item Registry script (also self-explanatory).
- Added this changelog file.
- Added Glance Pillar and Stone Pillar (models and blockstates somewhat broken)
- Added Polished Stone

### Changed

- Changed autogenerated textures for all Every Compat Boatload compat Large Boats and Furnace Boats, to be palette-correct custom textures to be consistent with the original boats.
- Tagged and re-tagged many items correctly, also reported on their GitHubs for stuff which shouldn't be modpack-specific.
- Retextured Pale Garden EMI Ores sprite in JEI to use the sprite from the Minecraft Wiki rather than the default blank question mark.
- Renamed a lot of resourcepacks slightly to use a clean, coherent system with colour codes in the resourcepacks section.
- Also just moved the resourcepacks over to be loaded via KubeJS anyway, the reason they're still in the resourcepack folder is so that CurseForge counts them as being part of the modpack.
- Golden Hoppers are now made of Copper, changed the textures, recipes, and translations to reflect this. Also made a custom resourcepack and datapack on Curseforge which I'll ship with the pack (but not enable) so others can do the same in their packs. I spent a lot of time debugging the datapack lol.
- Added all Aether Planks to Minecraft Planks Tag as part of an effort to un-specialify the Aether and make it more compatible with different mods, many duplicate recipes now exist that will need to be fixed.
