Bugfixes

Fixed several minor quest issues
Fixed Cl0ud's Paxels not being properly staged
Fixed the Wooden Paxel not having a burn time
Fixed several custom KubeJS items not loading their textures
Fixed Forestry's tree items still being staged even though I thought I'd fixed it already (I used the wrong namespace in the tags lol)

Recipe changes

Glue only needs 2 Residue to craft
Added a Clay Recipe for Empty Vials
Changed the Shells research to Calcium
Halved the crafting cost of Meaty Clumps
Added a recipe to melt Meaty Clumps into Protein

Misc changes

Moved Vents to the Stone Age to prevent some confusion (also tweaked the recipe slightly)
Players can now skip Multi-Mining I by making a Stone Paxel
Removed some duplicate research recipes
Changed quest ingot icons to use Thermal ingots
Made Biomass compostable
