Added Raised, Bibliophilia, and Forge CIT
Bibliophilia changes enchant books to all have unique textures, and is a resourcepack. I have loaded it via Kubejs, but it also exists in the resourcepacks folder. It requires Forge CIT to run.

Made up my mind and switched Xenon back to Embeddium, and added Chloride (Embeddium++) as well.

Updated some stuff, may have added like 1 or 2 more mods as well but if I did, I've forgotten.

Also, a version for 1.21.1 is out!
