Release type: Questbook & Balance Update

This release focuses on questbook expansion and progression balance. It introduces a substantial set of new mod-tutorial chapters, standardizes experience rewards across the questbook so that instructional content rewards learning while milestones remain meaningful, rebalances several mob and boss encounters, and removes redundant mods to reduce pack overhead.
