Updated mods and removed a few mods that were causing performance issues and crashes.

Mods Removed:
- Footwork API
- Cloak & Dagger
- Yung's Better Ocean Monuments
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Compacting Storage Drawers crash client when interacted with (incompatibility with skill tree mod, author knows and has said they will release a fix)
- Crash in F5 dragon survival mode for some players
- Using rituals or other methods to search for certain biomes can crash the server
