Added villager trade cycling

Removed FTB ulitmine as it wasn't meant to be added and was rather OP early game

Added the Vein miner enchantment to compensate for removing it. I boosted the default mining size to 64 to match ultimine. Up to level 3 is available from enchanting and level 4 can be obtained from ancient tomes. 
updated mods. Note: Recent chalk update resets chalk arrows as it adds new features to them.
