Core Changes

- Nerfed Veinminer

     It was brought to my attention by a member of the community how kinda overpowered it is? I nerfed it to only be able to mine 16 blocks and cost 3x the hunger by default

- Buffed magic quest rewards

     some of them forgot to get increased quantity, and also added some other drops that are useful from occultism and corail tombstone

- Updated several mods

- Adjusted the default sound settings to be appropriate

- Get rick rolled easter egg more common
