BTH 1.10 - Hypertubes, coffee and cool tools

Changes

• Add alternative recipe for lunch basket and tooltip for custom food swap feature
• Add cutting recipes for archwood
• Add Hypertubes mod (Create add-on)
• Add Reforged (FKA Tiered) mod (adds attributes to armors, tools and weapons)
• Add Radium mod (server optimization)
• Limit sand snapper spawns
• Improve coffee and tea bush generation
• Make AE2 metorites even more common
• Ensure all armors, weapons and tools have correct tags for Reforged mod
• Re-enable increased build height due to mountains being cut off (no penalty to world gen times)
• Remove appleskin mod (redundant due to SoL - Valheim)
