Briar Patch 2

Version 4.09 !
New Year's Day hotfix edition - 0.01 better than 4.08.

*hotfix*

 -Dramatic Doors mod removed to prevent *bizarro block ID issues - especially but not exclusive to server  worlds*.
   -This would appear as crazy in-world blocks that took the place of blocks which they should have been.
   -Existing worlds will still be playable which seemed bizarro because of mod's inclusion.

-MAJOR additions and updates to in-game guidebook "The Briar Patch Field Guide"!

-Otherwise same changes and patches as 4.08 >
