Minor tweaks, nothing gamebreaking

*Made attempt #3 to fix the mob drop quest

*Added an oak log to the "oh no" quest so players can't lock themselves out too early.

*Changed the polished granite to polished obsidian conversion to a recipe not a quest

*Dropped the mana cost of terrasteel a little more

*Tweaked the final recipe

*Removed the recipe conflict between toast and bread but you get fewer slices.

*TE machines can no longer make Ender IO Alloys

*Made the coal generator and auto sieve both slightly cheaper

*Other minor balancing tweaks

*Minor quest reward tweaks.
