Break Out

A relatively minor update, mostly to fix quests.

*Quest chanages, mostly to remove a few useless hidden quests that were preventing others from being claimed

*Added more quest rewards and removed some duplicate rewards

*Added a few (hopefully) helpful comments to quests and fixed some errors and typos.

*Fixed a few tools that got missed in assigning hardness changes

*Balanced invar tools to bronze.

*Added more saplings from sieving, if people want different wood colors

*Adjusted a few drop rates:  certus, enchanted books, glowstone.

*A few small recipe changes.

*Added sieves to CarryOn's blacklist so meshes can be removed proporly.
