Mod update and config release. Animania has now released their hotfix for TPS issues with animals, so server TPS should improve slightly with this release.

* Changed the FTBUtils backup time from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

* Animania animals now sleep, and require food and water.

* New Animania manual is now in the Akashic Tome.

* Removed old Wizardry book from Akashic Tome.

* Animania no longer uses the "fancy eggs" setting.

* Balanced ("reduced") the RF generated by Animania hamster wheels.
