General updates for most mods, some config changes to help increase server tick rate slightly. Primary change is Animania, which has known issues with the path-finding AI being very computationally expensive. Disabled Animania animals searching for food/water, until the next version is available (which promises to fix this).

Config Changes:

* Animania animals no longer need food/water/sleep. This change will be reverted when Animania releases the patches to their AI.

* FTB Utilities now performs backups every 30 minutes instead of 2 hours.

* FTB Utilities now keeps 25 backups instead of 12.
