Had to roll back Pam's Harvestcraft to the previous version due to an incompatibility with Better with Mods. If you use the mill stone, it crashes the game and corrupts your world.
Turned off Hardcore mode in Better with Mods. When the issue is fixed, I'll update Pam's.
