Botania and Terraria

Initial upload

. Only the config for Bad Mobs is specified, all others are allowed to generate

. Bad Mobs is used to disable the Guide from Terraria Boss Mobs (because it spawns too often and its advice is inaccurate)

. Tested locally for compatibility

. Playtested enough to know that I wanted and needed each of these mods

. Not playtested all the way to endgame, but that shouldn't be a problem with a small mod list like this
