Implemented a way to re-introduce rechisel with a working chisel GUI. Also made some slight adjustments to the existing quests, fixing broken textures.

- tweaked XP costs and changed cost interpolate function to linear
- removed Nether Trials & Chambers
- added Rechiseled and Compat mod again
- removed rechiseled chisel recipe
- added a server side script to add the rechiseled chisel GUI to the chipped chisel
- added a server side script to replace the rechiseled chisel with the chipped chisel incase it gets obtained in some way
- downgraded "Just Zoom" since the latest version has no functional zoom lol
- added Fresh Animations: Player Extension as an opt. resourcepack
