This update is pushed as a BETA to see the response of the community on performance, in my experience on our own server it's been running significantly better with the mod More Culling added to the package. Due to the fact there's large amounts of item frames in play. This will become the main branch of the modpack if player feedback agrees.

It's completely normal for it to crash at startup once, the second time you start the game it won't happen again.
