Blob Land

Welcome to the modpack meant for use by Blob Land’s Discord. This pack has been hand crafted for exploration, tech, magic, and customization! While this pack may seem like a throw-together pack, there are a few specific mods that the pack mainly revolves around. Each of the mods has various add ons to expand upon it’s original base goal!

The centralized mods are as follows:
Alex’s Mobs is a mod that adds a large collection of new mobs to the modpack.
Applied Energistics 2 is a widely mod used primarily storage mod with a tech-based, futuristic theme.
Aquaculture 2 focuses around expanding the fishing system in Minecraft with a large number of extra fish and various rods.
Ars Nouveau and it’s various add-ons adds one of the magic systems to the modpacks. Designed with extra customization to craft various spells or artifacts and perform rituals with much more!
Bigger Reactors adds “Big Reactors” focused around power generation.
Biomes O Plenty is one of the many world generation mods adding in new biomes with plenty to explore.
BlueMap is more of a server side mod, but provides a web-based method to view the world’s map from any web browser. If you are looking to host a private server with this pack, please review BlueMap’s wiki to enable the mod.
Botania is a tech mod themed around natural magic. While not strictly magic focused, presents a more druidic tech mod.
CC: Tweaked is a tech mod centered around a computer in Minecraft. It allows players to script various actions in-game for most multiblock and multimod tech systems; all written in Lua.
Cooking for Blockheads adds a multiblock kitchen and hooks into the other farming/food mods.
Create is a tech mod focused around rotational energy at its core but expands into various other mechanics with plenty of add-ons for more options.
Dark Mode Everywhere while not a big mod, we wanted to include it here as one the best QoL mods.
Farmer’s Delight and it’s many add-ons greatly expands upon the farming and cooking systems in Minecraft with various food options from nearly every other mod.
FTB Chunks, FTB Essentials, FTB Teams, and FTB Ultimine are only a few of the Feed the Beast mods included for added functionality meant for multiplayer.
Functional Storage is a simpler storage mod and provides an alternative to Storage Drawers with a similar aesthetic.
Iron’s Spells ‘n Spellbooks adds a “classic RPG spellcasting fantasy” with various spell options and exploration potential.
Macaw’s is a collection of customization mods that adds various cosmetic-focused blocks including bridges, doors, walls/fences, furniture, lights/lamps, path/pavings, roofs, trapdoors, windows, and various hooks into the other world generation mods.
Mekanism is a classic tech mod with a “tier” machinery system all focused around single block instead of multiblock.
Mystical Agriculture is another magic-tech mod that adds new plants to grow nearly every type of resource added.
Oh The Biomes We’ve Gone is a large exploration-focused world generation mod and is a sequel to Oh the Biomes You’ll Go.
Pam’s HarvestCraft 2 is a suite of mods that adds in various food and farming options.
PneumaticCraft: Repressurized is a tech mod focused around pressure and pneumatic machinery.
Rechiseled is a customization mod that “chisel blocks into various decorative blocks”.
Refined Storage is a tech-focused inventory management system focused on a network-based storage system.
Serene Seasons adds the four seasons to Minecraft, where each season changes what crops can be grown and the generalized environment.
Sophisticated Backpacks is a mod that adds various backpacks to expand upon Minecraft’s inventory.
Spice of Life: Carrot Edition is a mod designed to “encourage dietary variety” where eating different foods grants benefits to players.
Tetra adds in modular items with exploration and a technology focus. Craft any tool necessary for the job or build the weapon you want to use in combat.
The Twilight Forest adds another dimension filled with lore and exploration opportunity.
Thermal Expansion and its add on suite adds a collection of magical technology focused around thermal heat.
Totemic is a magic mod centered around “Totem Poles, nature, and the power of music.”
YUNG’s suite adds in “better” world generation option for nearly every vanilla structure and more.
There are plenty of other smaller quality of life mods and smaller mods to add compatibility or expanded functionality between mods.
