You might need to start a new world (I recommend you do if you are not far into your run at the moment.), if you have defeated any of the sins. Or if you dont want to start a new world add the tag of the sin you defeated. So swtich to lan. If you defeated the sin of slot do /tag @s defeated_sin_of_sloth. Sorry but this should be the last patch till the next big update. 

*Major update to the quests. Changed a the sin of pride. Buffed the sin of pride and lust. Changes to the scaling of items they now only scale items that are crafted. Added spellbooks and staffs to the list and made them roll between 1 to 4 attributes ranging from rarity so a 4 roll attribute book will be a 2% chance.
