Re-enabled Champions.
Added Champions-alter to reduce spawn rates now 75% less. (honestly don't know if this works as of now.)
Changed the tiers of champions. now they are from tier 0 to 5 => 2x 4x 6x 7x 8x from 2x 4x 7x 10x 16x.
Changed the stats of all the sins and changed the sin of gluttony.
Rebalanced quests to give better rewards. Updated some of the quests.
