BlankPack

Its been a long time since I've updated this pack but its finally time it gets some love and actual playability.

Ive added in a lot of mods random mods unchecked and am going to add some more dimensional mods as well as locking up some of the more overpowered items and adding some recipes to items that have stayed locked. For now balancing around emc is a lot so there will be some delay on the progress for that. For those returning to this pack welcome back and any new thanks for checking it out.
