~~~~ Added Amalgamate Dust and Gold Dust for Create ~~~~

          Amalgamate Dust is crafting in a crafting table with gold dust and red sand.

~~~~ Recipes added for Gold Dust with Crushing Wheels ~~~~

          Crushing Raw gold in a Crushing Wheel will produce 2 Gold Dust.

~~~~ Recipe added for Raw Bismuth using Washing ~~~~

           Wash Amalgamate Dust for a 25% chance for 6 gold nuggets, a 12.5% chance for an additional 3 gold nuggets and a 5% chance of 1 Raw Bismuth

This Version of Bismuth does not contains Create just for testing purposes. It will be added back in the next version.
