Made it so the resource pack is now loaded by default I_I

though I've noticed a name issue when simply loading a world with the pack for the first time; it is now best when loading a world to disable-reenable the pack before starting your adventure




forgot to change ender modpack's tweaks thing for the current modpack version but it shouldn't have too much of an impact on things.
