Bewitching MushPack

Note: Version does not come with default (optifine) settings file or resourcepacks. Install version 1.0.1 first if you haven't got those.

Changelog:
- Made skeletons (and variants) drop vanilla bones again because I for one was sorely needing vanilla bones for stuff and they were very hard to get otherwise.
- Removed all blocks from tornado pick-up because even with nerfs the landscape was still getting ruined too much imo. They will still pick you up and mobs too. So beware still.
- Removed the XP requirement for waystones to encourage the use of them for faster getting around and for a more community feel.
- Disabled all mobs added by Project Vibirant Journeys for the sake of reducing the not so useful mobs such as tiny spiders, clams etc. Hopefully this will improve chunkloading a bit.
