Meticulously Handcrafted by Skyrim 4000+ Mods Player Triberzis.
This Mod List is now Redundant and won't be seeing another update. Focusing my time on a bigger project :) That being said it is still a very good mod pack for Hardcore Survival 1.21.
308 Mods and 17 Resource Packs Total
After playing 100+ Hours on the mod pack server on V1 Beta Release, I am excited to release a hugely overhauled V2 Full Release. Tuned, refined and added in many ways. See Description below, Changelogs and gallery for full details.
The Theme of Better HardCore Survival 1.21 is that you start in a village, naturally coming from a tribe of other human villagers, and you start to make something of yourself, eventually leading to becoming a powerful adventurer.
How you role play about how a normal villager decided to become something more, is up to you.
Explore the lands like Skyrim
With this mod pack comes dozens of hand picked new structure and overhaul mods, making your Minecraft world come alive in a huge way. Many will be inhabited by villagers or pillagers and many will be abandoned from when there were people living there. Find villages occupied by witches deep in swamp biomes, rare mining villages deep underground, and even utopian sky villages away from all the danger that lies underneath, and more. Your Minecraft adventure is no longer one with a mostly empty worldspace, and is now closer to a Skyrim experience where you can't go 2 minutes in a direction without finding something to explore!
The Nether and The End Dimensions have gotten full Revamps too. Proceed with caution.
If you want to test this mod pack in Creative to get a taste of what it has to offer, simply disable "Locked" mod and add it back once you are ready for your hardcore experience.
-*Performance/Specs* The first couple of minutes on new world starts might be a bit laggy because Distant Horizons chunks are being generated around you. The more chunks are generated around you the smoother it gets. Once Distant Horizons stops generating new chunks from afar your game will be smooth like normal. This might take a dozen or two minutes. It is playable in the meantime. You might change keybinds to your liking while you give it a few minutes.
If you are still having some performance issues after 15 minutes: you can change Render Distance and Simulation Distance from 12 to 8. If this is not enough you can also turn down your Shader Profile which is at Customized High profile. You should average atleast 60fps. I average 80fps with 256x and 128x Coven and Patrix packs with mid end pc with these settings.
Once you are happy with your settings, you can switch off the FPS counter from Video Settings - Just scroll down
It is a Mod Pack made to provide a real challenge, but at the same time a real balance.
You will find many aspects making your life harder in ways which make sense and are fun.

6 Main Mods Needing Mentioning
-1.Hardcore Revival. In which a player goes into bleedout state (similar to call of duty zombies) and has 2 full minutes to be revived by another player (takes 5 seconds to revive player), before succumbing to Hardcore's rule of permanent death upon dying. Multiplayer already being more fun than single player naturally, this gives more incentive to play with your mates.
-2. Tectonic. Fabric's version of TerraForged. A complete world generation overhaul giving a much more realistic look to your overworld. While not being as large scale as the prominent Big Globe mod, upon using it for 20 hours I found it the perfect balance for a realistic landscape generation mod to play a game of Minecraft with. More info on Tectonic further down in description.
-3. Mythic Metals and Mythic Upgrades. These are the 2 post Netherite upgrade system mods used in this Mod Pack. Balanced and Vanilla Friendly, adding 18 new ores to mine, 25 new chests, and countless new tools and new weapons. Unique to this mod pack it comes with a Mythic Metals Patch for Coven created by HatelessHeart, to overhaul the new 18 ores added by Mythic Metals to Coven's HD Theme and look. As of now more patches are being created for Mythic Metals to match Coven's Textures and blend the mods together (so you are not finding default textures of ores from mythic metals mod while playing with Coven's HD Texture Overhaul)
-4. End Remastered Overhauls the way you get to the end, find 12 out of 16 custom ender eyes scattered throughout your world to be able to open the End Portal. This mod was added to encourage exploring which the mod pack focuses on a lot. The eyes are not hard to find and you will find most of them by simply playing and progressing the game, if you struggle and want to see roughly where to find the 16 new ender eyes you can look to mod's description. If there is a vanilla ender eye in one of the portal frames you can remove it by right clicking with custom eye.
-5. Jobs+ Remastered. Choose 2 Jobs at the start of game, level up, earn coins and use them to purchase small permanent buffs for each job (e.g Mining - 10% efficiency, Hunter - 10% Attack Speed, Farmer - 5% chance Double Drop harvesting Crop). 10 Jobs available total. All can be chosen with time of earning coins, to have a levelling system for all jobs throughout gameplay. Press J key to get started.
-6. Human Era Villagers (HumanVillagerOnly Version). With this mod all your Minecraft Villagers will be given random human skins as well as their model changed to match the default human model, with appropriate outfits being assigned to each class of villager. This is just a skin for aesthetic purposes, but really make your world feel more alive, having different human skins on each villager. On top of this Improved Villager Noises mod replaces the villager sounds to be more of human, while still sticking to the innocent villager theme. (It pairs together perfect).

Texture & Shaders: Main is Coven, with Patrix filling in what Coven has not yet finished such as Mobs, weapons and few handheld items like wheat. The 2 texture packs coming with this mod pack are the free Coven 64x & Patrix 32x.
-While not necessary, I would recommend grabbing the 256x version of Coven from Aetheris' Patreon for €5. This would improve how your game looks by 4X.
-While also not necessary, I would recommend grabbing the 128x version of Patrix from Patrix's Patreon for €2. This would improve how your game looks by 4X.
-Shader that comes with this Mod Pack is Complementary Shaders Unbound with a personally tweaked config, which I find really suits this Coven/Patrix combo and the mod pack itself. You can switch if you wish.
With a 300+ Mods pack, it's hard to cover "everything" into HD, I am using Coven as the main Texture Pack, Patrix behind it to fill in the few gaps, and a few added resource packs such as 256x Farmer's Delight BDCraft. 98% of the mod pack is in full HD, with patches for the remaining few mods on the way. Included are all the best audio overhauls too for the most immersive experience.

Some mod packs go over the top with their realism features that can make the game tedious. This mod pack was crafted to be balanced in this aspect, while sticking close to Vanilla.
Some Survival Features to expect in this mod are as follows:
-Dehydration - Same as hunger, now you need to carry a flask or bottle with you to keep satiated. I removed dirty water debuff so spending time boiling water is not necessary anymore.
-Cook your food - adds realism by applying small negative effects to players eating most raw food.
Due to the new level of ores and weapons added to the game, the mobs have been upscaled to be made more challenging.
Some Mob Difficulty Mods Added are as follows:
-FarSighted Mobs - By default mobs don't detect you if more than 16 blocks away. This mod changes it to 24 blocks.
-Nyf's Spiders - Spiders can now scale walls and have improved AI to find their way around obstacles.
-Dungeon Difficulty - The more players are online, the stronger mobs spawn. Mobs spawning at different locations will have different attributes. To match zone specific difficulty, items looted from mob drops and chests, have increased attributes.
-Mob Sunscreen - Mobs no longer burn in the daylight.
-True Ending - True Ending dramatically overhauls the vanilla Ender Dragon. Fight a now much stronger Ender Dragon, with increased health, new attacks, and new phases that progressively up the dragon's difficulty. Through other additions like longer lasting dragon breath, particle ambience, and a climatic final hit, the Ender Dragon fight is now much more exciting and more satisfying to beat.
-Enhanced Celestials - Every Minecraft month, there will be a blood moon - Unable to sleep you must fight off the horde of undead for the night.
-Naturally charged creepers - Allows 5% chance for creepers to spawn charged to increase the game's difficulty. If these creepers blow within range of you, it is "almost" guaranteed death.
-Skeleton Horse Spawn - Allows 5% chance for skeletons to spawn on top of skeleton horses.
-Zombie Horse Spawn - Allows 5% chance for zombies to spawn on top of zombie horses.
-Stray Spawn - Allows 20% chance for a stray to spawn instead of a skeleton
-Husk Spawn - Allows 25% chance for a Husk to spawn instead of a zombie

Mods that just make sense:
This is what the Mod Pack consists of most. I'd safely say I added 95%+ of all the Mods that "just make sense" that are compatible with each other that exist on 1.21.1. They improve immersion big time.
Here are 21 examples of some of my favorites. You can browse the mod pack if you want to see more.
-Chunky - Allows you to render worlds to how many blocks you choose. Play your Minecraft world without ever seeing another render again. Paired with Distant Horizons works incredible.
-Physics Mod Pro - Mob ragdolls and pieces upon death, water physics, amazing snow overhaul physics, and many more features. One of the best mods that exist. Disabled the option that have caves falling ontop of you, due to the annoyance when strip mining.
-ItemPhysic Full - Gives dropped items in the world actual physics.
-First Person Model - Enables the third-person Model in first-person, so you can see your body when you look down like real life. This mod doesn't change any animations. I have added animations coming from other mods such as Better Combat, Not Enough Animations and Serious Player Animations. Combined with Shoulder Surfing Reloaded, it could not look and feel any better.
-Random Mob Sizes - All mobs now come in different sizes. Peak immersion.
-Serene Seasons - Adds Seasons. Grass and foliage colors will change throughout the year, and in the winter, temperatures will shift and allow for snow to fall in some biomes that don't normally receive any. Seasons also affect various other features, like crop growth, weather, and more!
-Carry on - C+Right Click to carry with your empty hands chests, furnaces, small mobs and more.
-Health Indicators - When in close range of a mob see how much health they have from the hearts displayed above.
-EnhancedVisuals - Provides a more immersive experience by adding effects to the HUD, depending on your situation (near death/cold/rain/etc)
-Camera Overhaul - Strafing and turning around will tilt the camera sideways. Jumping, falling, and moving forward or backwards will affect the camera's pitch
-Diagonal Fences/Walls and Windows - Giving option to build diagonally
-FallingTree combined with HT's Treechop - Chop down a tree from the root bit by bit, until the tree is ready to fully fall.
-Despawning Eggs hatch - Just before an egg will despawn there is a good chance a chicken will hatch from it.
-My Totem Doll - Totem of Undying will now be your actual skin and model. You need to select your skin in the mod's customize menu.
-Toni's Immersive Lanterns - No more needing to carry a torch, just attach a lantern to your character.
The World Generation Mods were added from the focus on making landscape and caves more realistic. Let me briefly explain each:
-Distant Horizons - Now not limited to view a square generated around you, you can see your entire worldspace, at little performance cost (my game ran smoother with this mod enabled somehow? maybe due to needing less render distance)
-WF's Cave Overhaul - With this mod there are less massive open space caves that you typically find with vanilla Minecraft, and more narrower cave spaces, while finding the massive open cave spaces is now more rare. (Closer to how it is IRL)
-Tectonic - Fabric's version of TerraForged. Overhauls the top world space to something closer you would see in real life.
Smoother Surfaces: The most notable change to generation you'll see with Tectonic is that terrain is much smoother than normal. This means the strange staircasing on some hills - also referred to as "lerp" issues - is gone. Giving a more realistic look to how landscape is in real life.
Real mountain ranges: that can stretch for thousands of blocks, and can span higher than vanilla Minecraft.
Underground Rivers: that link right up to regular rivers, essentially all rivers have some sort of source now and feel more natural to the world.
Oceanside Cliffs: On some steep cliff faces in the Stony Shore biome, waves and wind carve into the cliff.
Deeper Oceans: Oceans are much deeper than they are in vanilla, with very deep oceans even extending into the deepslate layer!

Quick Gameplay Guide
-You are a commoner coming from a village of humans on a destiny to become the greatest adventurer that ever lived, write a lil backstory to yourself in a notepad.
-Press J and get started with jobs. Use your first couple of dozen coins to unlock more jobs.
-Craft a flask out of leather or glass, to hydrate yourself.
-Integrate with your village, mine, farm, chop, trade, build your house.
-Shift and right click on a grindstone to sharpen your weapon. This will increase the damage modifier by 1.5x for 33 hits. Particularly useful on Blood Moons!
-Creepers have a 10% chance to spawn Charged. You won't know which ones are charged, because they all have the electric animation. If a charged creeper blows near you... there won't be much left of you. Make a bow and arrows.
-Once you feel you are ready, set out on adventure, explore the land around you there is a lot to find and you will quickly find out your worldspace is well lived in, press M to bring up your map.
-You have 3 lives but you should play like you have 1. In HardCore Survival, Totems of Undying are your best friend. Keep one in hand! (Or bring a friend with you for revival in dire circumstances)
-Find the most precious of metals deep underground rarer than diamonds.
-There is much to this mod pack, game progression towards The Nether and The End should be slow.
-When you come back to your home village with an Ender Dragon's Head, your name will be sung in tales until the end of time.

Simple Chunky World Generation Guide:
After Loading a New World and being satisfied it is what you want to play with, enter the following 3 commands:
/Chunky Spawn
/Chunky Radius 1,000 or 5,000 or 15,000
/Chunky Start
You can use /Chunky Progress to see how long is left. It is advised to leave Minecraft in pause state until it finishes.

Extras:
Huta's GUI: Assets - Minecraft - Textures - GUI - Spirites - HUD - Delete the 6 PNG Files starting with "Hotbar_" This will give you the transparent HUD for hand held items, which is much preferable.
*To Remove "Coven Sign" on Main Menu and get "Minecraft Java Edition" back*
This is already done in the 64x version that comes with mod pack. If you download the higher resolution pack however: Coven - Assets - Minecraft - Textures - GUI - Title - Delete "Edition" and "Minecraft" PNG Files.
*To Use "Patrix's Crafting Table" rather than Coven's, to get our vanilla crafting table back just in HD*
This is already done in the 64x version that comes with mod pack. If you download the higher resolution pack however: Coven - Assets - Minecraft - Blockstates - Delete "Crafting_Table" JSON File.
*To Change your Main Menu Background*
Coven - Assets - Minecraft - Textures - GUI - Title - Background - Delete the 6 PNG Files or panorama_overlay.
Drag in the image you want to see in your main menu, and make sure it is named "panorama_overlay". This will now be the image of your main menu for Minecraft
