Config Changes

• Overhauled the End quests for the new content from Alex's Mobs
• CarryOn no longer prevents filled item frames from being turned invisible by shift right clicking with an empty hand
• Tweaked many Overworld quest descriptions
• Updated the quest for the Supplementaries Safe
• Downgraded CarryOn mod version to fix issue that would kick everyone on a multiplayer server when more than 4 people were connected
