Perfection Update - v1.3

This update is made to fix bunch of stuff such as enchantments, 
adding new mods and revamping the experience while going for more stability.

Changes and Fixes:

- Backported FTB Library (NeoForge) from 2101.1.35 to 2101.1.34
- Fixed crashes with FTB Quests mods
- Fixed enchantments for every Bow such as `tag minecraft:enchantable/bow`
- Fixed enchantments for every Crossbow such as `minecraft:enchantable/crossbow`
- Fixed some Reward Tables in Multiverse: Zaka Star Questline
- Removed bugged Enchanting Apparatus recipe for `ars_elemental:invincible_book`
- Created new Enchanting Apparatus recipes for certain Creative Items and Functional Blocks
- Removed (Bee's) Fancy Crops and (Bee's) Fine Armory
- Removed Animated items pack (emissive)
- Removed Simple Lower Grass Sides (Replaced)
- Removed Mandala's GUI Dark mode (Replaced)
- Removed (Unofficial) Mandala's GUI Dark Mode Mod Compatibility (Replaced)
- Removed Legendary Tooltips [Neo/Forge] (Replaced)
- Removed Eating Animation [Neo/Forge]
- Removed Alex's Caves (not working properly)
- Removed Alex's Caves Better Combat
- Removed Alex's Stories Questline
- Enabled Trash Slot in every GUI
- Crows doesn't steal food anymore (Alex's Mobs)
- Seagull doesn't steal food anymore (Alex's Mobs)
- Raccoon doesn't steal from chests anymore (Alex's Mobs)
- Temporarily disabled `iceandfire:amphithere` spawn rate (Ice and Fire)
- Disabled `iceandfire:pixie`natural spawn (Ice and Fire)
- Disabled `alexsmobs:fly` natural spawn (Alex's Mobs)
- Disabled `minecraft:zombie` natural spawn
