Small Patch and Fixing some Stuff - v1.2

Very small patch and hot fix and was causing crashes with Subtle Effects mod.

Changes and Fixes:
- Improved Performance
- Removed Subtle Effects, wasn't able to launch the modpack
- Fixed some Quests and custom images
- Disabled every Vanilla Villages and Outposts

- Formations (Structure Library)
- Formations Nether
- Formations Overworld
- Improved Village Placement
- When Dungeons Arise Forge!
