Compatible with 1.3 worlds!

 

-Fog and Sky colors are now biome-specific!
-Set the cloud height to Y-272.
-The sun and moon are now 2x smaller. Their detail is kept, but they simply appear 2x smaller.
-Added animations to foliage and plants, so to make them seem more realistic.
-Added a whitelist to Bloodmoon's spawning.
