Distant Horizons Mod: if your PC can not handle it please disable it in Minecraft there is no need to delete it since it will not affect your gameplay what so ever but it will help even if turned off NOTE (PUT IT ON THE LOWEST CPU IMPACT NO MATTER WHAT)

 

Chucky is a mod to load your world in with commands you only need LAN and cheats to use, it won't affect your achievements at all, unless you do cheat with creative.
