Fixed a bug with the Skill Tree system requiring 1821177 xp for level 2 instead of the correct amount of 11 xp.

Update is only needed for single player worlds.  Conecting to the offical server or any server build with version 1.0.6b will overide client config and will work fine with 1.0.6 or 1.0.6a
