Belter Pack V3

Added MLRM and Mekanism Upgrades Reborn, disabled Inventory Hud mod by default as server owner request for it to be disabled by default so he doesn't have to disable it every time and everyone else has to enable it every time the pack is updated. Thus causing me the pack dev to disable it every time when ever pushing a update. Yes, I'm salty. Also add a few pictures to the Gallery.
