BeLoong is a Chinese-themed modpack for Minecraft 1.21.1, built on Neoforge, with the "Dragon Survival" mod at its core.

Choose from five unique dragon types: Cave Dragon, Forest Dragon, Sea Dragon, Tundra Dragon, and the elegant Aether Dragon (a Chinese loong). Each dragon boasts its own exclusive skills and growth mechanics, but also comes with weaknesses you must overcome. Start as a vulnerable hatchling and embark on a journey of special trials to grow into an ancient, mighty dragon. Dragons are born to fly, granting you unparalleled freedom for your adventures. Become a dragon and begin your legendary quest!

Familiar Faces, New Challenges

The modpack includes familiar favorites like Ice and Fire, The Twilight Forest, and Cataclysm, but this isn't just a rehash. We've deeply customized each mod:

• Added a final boss to The Twilight Forest.
• Enabled player dragons to use the Dragon Forge.
• Fighting these iconic bosses as a dragon offers a completely fresh experience.

Linear Progression, Clear Guidance

Lost on what to do? We've crafted a clear path:

1. Become a dragon.
2. Raid villages (just kidding).
3. Take the fight to the Dragon Hunters.
4. Obtain a Dragon-slaying sword.
5. Travel to The End and defeat the Ender Dragon
6. Unlock the Twilight Forest portal.
7. Defeat the Gatekeeper in the Final Castle.
8. Journey to the Eternal Starlight dimension.

Guiding you every step is an extensive FTB Quests system. We've created unique questlines for each dragon type and seamlessly integrated numerous other mods, showcasing the fun of cross-mod interactions.

I Don't Want to Be a Dragon!

For players who insist on staying human (why download this pack then?), we offer an alternative path: Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks. Master the spells, become a powerful Archmage, and set your sights on slaying dragons! Unlock Chinese-themed spells infused with profound Eastern mysteries.

Excellent Optimization - Playable on Older PCs

Thanks to optimizations in Minecraft 1.21, the Neoforge loader, and performance boosts from the Sodium mod series (like Iris, Indium, etc.), this pack easily achieves 200+ FPS. Even older computers should run it smoothly. Distant Horizons is also supported, though you'll need to install it separately.

Developed primarily on and for servers, BeLoong offers a stable and enjoyable multiplayer experience. Play confidently with your friends! We've even included fun mini-game mods like UNO Card Game – grab your buddies for a card night!
