* Added NoMoreRecipeConflict to fix recipe bugs (like the Skillet being uncraftable, due to sharing a recipe with the Iron Katana).

* Updated Ender IO.

* Removed Spice of Life and Hunger Overhaul, because some peoples' idea of fun doesn't involve starving to death in a cave.

* Updated quest text to reflect these changes.
