-Fixed the issue not able to advance, because of not able to make gears and plates

-Fixed IE config where no ores would generate in dimension 0 (overworld).
-If you started a world with no IE ores, don't worry you can retrogen them. Look at the config or contact me for help. I'll guide you trough.
