What's new
-Removed charcoal creation in furnace. Build a charcoal pit!
-Removed, changed and added some recipes.
-Added many more Quests.
-Added some hidden Quests.
-Finally fixed the background in the mainmenu. It will now adapt properly.
-Added plate and gear casting back in. Feels better that way. For early acces to plates and gears.
-Added research quests to research IE blueprints.
