BeanPack: Refrigerated

additions to quest rewards for some quests that seemed lacking, mod updates, mod fixes, mod changes such as AE2 no channel limits and other config changes. Sirius A is complete, its an always day, superflat for all your building needs, tier 4 rocket required from Ad Astra to get there!

Great for reactor building and just general building I guess :P

Would you rather see forge or fabric? Forge and NeoForge split seemed to broke forge above .3 (when the split occured) so hopefully mods revert to .3 or NeoForge soon as lots of mods are breaking.

Fabric doesnt seem to show any issues currently aside from missing mekanism and refined storage + other mods.
