This was pushed because of breaking world stuff with everycompat mod.

 

backups couldnt be saved.

 

from BeanCraft's official discord: If you encounter issues with "unable to fit 2643843 into 3"
The world has corrupted. Please create a new world on the latest upcoming update.(2.8) All previous versions will not work

 

and the fix: create a new world with the same seed and copy these folders to the new world: data, ftb-all-folders, playerdata, region.
delete the existing folders/overwrite them to fix

 

everycompat will not be making a return but feel free to suggest other building mods! :)
