BasedCraft Ultimate

The game wasn't hard enough, so I made it significantly harder. Added more mods, more configs, etc. Also changed the name of the pack to BasedCraft, as the old one wasn't up-to-par. Game should still run fine, just tweak your settings if you get lag. A bunch of bugs seem to have just fixed themselves, but new ones are present as well, so please report any you find. Also, turns out that I may have been submitting all previous versions of the pack wrong and this may be the first version that actually runs. CurseForge is confusing.
