Barely Too - Version 1.15: Cutting Technologies.

- Fix Hammer and Cutter recipes only using full durability tools.
- Change bloodmoon event sleeping ban to false, due to weird interaction with Somnia Awaken [You can't skip the night with the vanilla logic, that is disabled, you can accelerate it via Somnia simulation]. The consequence is that you need to be very safe to sleep, rather than just plopping a bed down. To make this more challenging disableCreatureSpawning is now set to false, which should decrease performance while the acceleration is going on during the bloodmoon [it struggles a bit here xD], but with this keeping the bloodmoon seems fine.
- Updates all mods to latest, and forge.
- Due to requirement changes from included mods adds: Geckolib and Upgraded Core.
- New mods: FPS reducer and What's That Slot.
