Barely Too - Version 1.12: Less brutal!

- The first level of Mekanism Circuits can now be crafted without going to the nether [still needing Tinker's set up], with this you can actually build a storage block [Druidcraft Crates] quite earlier on, and use Botania Halo Crafting to have a bare storage system [custom clicking interaction -> the terminal from Tom's Storage, read tooltip]. This should provide enough convenience until Refined Storage can be crafted and set up later on. [Thanks carrotbane]

- All mods updated to their latest [with a small check on changes and stuff]. It should work fine, at least as far as I have seen, and the rest of balance shouldn't be affected too much [at worst an extra armor piece here and there], but I am not that sure to be fair if nothing else was deeply affected. This may have caused issues due to so many mods updating at once [just one head and a few hours can only do so much checking], so this is also a warning that things may go south.
