Balance Redefined

No time for humor bois, this is going to be a long change log otherwise.

• Added recipes for Everlasting Guilty Pool and Creative Portable Tank
• Changed Chance Cube recipe (can't have you guys spending lapis to possibly get nether stars now can we?)
• Increased Endermen spawn rate.
• Added Slimeball recipe.
• Added extra Ender Pearl recipe
• Changed Mass Zivicio block recipe.
• Changed Zivicio block return when down crafting a Mass Zivicio Block to match the build up and break down.
• Added uses for Sheep Essence.
• Changed Big Reactor Controller recipe and required Steel instead of iron to build the reactor.
• Changed the Compressed Chest's recipe. (not too hard, not to easy, just right :D )
• Re-Added SOME Magical Crops back into the possible crops to spawn into the AgriCraft Greenhouses.
• Shifted many Magical Crops seeds to be slightly harder to breed and slower to grow. (#Balancing)
• Increased the difficulty of Hardcore Ender Expansion mobs/bosses to compensate for the inclusion of Draconic Evolution.
• Increased Ender Pearl Stack size from 16 to 64
• Increased Primordial Pearl stack size from 1 to 16
• Added Primordial Pearl duplication recipe. (880 dungeons for a pair of boots. Have I ever told you the definition of insanity?)
• Removed Power Converters (Who knew Mekanism had a solution already?)
• Added Project Red for redstone logic reasons.
• Added more Headcrumbs mobs to the pack.
