Added in a bunch of Resource pack stuff that needs to be loaded when playing on the Avondale Crew server, failure to do so will prevent certain Pokemon from looking like expected. I.E. Deoxys will look like a substitute doll.

The server itself is also massively updated with a bunch of new data packs, some which are related to the aforementioned resourcepacks.
