Modpack changes:

I feel that automatic mining (read: quarries) should be a goal to achieve and not given away almost freely. I redid a lot of the quarry recipes to be similar in cost and require cross-mod parts to build. I also feel that picking up spawners shouldn't be something you can do easily, so I disabled all the cheap ways to pick up spawners so you need to explore alternative methods.

I think modpacks and games in general consider themselves to be in Alpha, or Experimental, or Beta for way too long. I consider this modpack in release, but that doesn't mean that there might not be other recipe changes in the future, so always make sure to check JEI before you craft something to make sure you aren't gathering the wrong materials.
